چکیده
Aim. To demonstrate our own experience of performing transfistula cholangioscopy and removing bile duct stones. Materials Methods. From 2017 to 2019, 230 patients with functioning external biliary drains underwent antegrade cholangioscopy. Preliminary dilatation straightening the fistulous tract were required in 37 patients. Results. Bile stones detected 158 (68.7%) During cholangioscopy, removed from all In 68 cases large choledocholithiasis, it was necessary perform contact lithotripsy. this end, staged treatment two hospitalizations five cases. Adequate transfistular access ducts formed during first hospital stay; second, after hardening walls, removed. The overall complication rate 3.8%, including grade III–IV complications (1.9%) according Clavien–Dindo classification. Mortality 0.4%. Conclusion. Transfistula increases reliability stone detection ducts, permits them without mandatory dissection major duodenal papilla, creates favorable conditions for a more accurate assessment its functional state. When unresolved diseases are placed specialized medical center, they can be provided high-quality care. Additionally, rational use highly effective methods endobiliary diagnosis treatment.

Percutaneous Approach for Removal of Difficult Common Bile Duct Stones
duct stone disease is one of the most common problems in medical practice. Surgical common bile duct (CBD) exploration was the procedure of choice for the treatment of bile duct stones a few decades ago. However, endoscopic retrogr-ade cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with sphincterotomy has become the treatment of choice for bile duct stones after the development of ERCP techniques. Development...
متن کاملANTEGRADE URETEROSCOPY FOR REMOVAL OFU RETERAL STONES
30 cases of obstructing proximal ureteral stones at the level of L3-L5 which could not be pushed back into the pelvis and passed by a guide wire under epidural anesthesia, were removed percutaneously with the rigid ureteroscope. Multiple stones in one ureter, bilateral ureteral stones and a ureteral stone of a solitary kidney were removed successfully in one session showing the reliability...
متن کاملElectrohydraulic lithotripsy of large bile duct stones under direct cholangioscopy with a double-balloon endoscope.
The use of a short double-balloon endoscope facilitates the endoscopic removal of bile duct stones in patients with surgically altered anatomy [1,2]. However, the narrow and long working channel of the double-balloon endoscope occasionally makes the procedure difficult and timeconsuming. Herein, we present the case of a patient with a history of hepaticojejunostomy in whom large bile duct stone...
متن کاملTranspapillary cholangioscopy-directed lithotripsy in patients with difficult bile duct stones.
BACKGROUND & AIMS There are limited prospective data and long-term follow-up on cholangioscopy-directed management of difficult bile duct stones. The study objectives were to evaluate the safety and efficacy of cholangioscopy-directed lithotripsy in patients who had failed standard endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) techniques and to determine the stone recurrence rate. MET...
